JBM Electronics Company, since our inception, has specialized in the development of unique solutions to offer our customers in Network and Interface connectivity problems. Drawing on the experience and skill set of our software programming staff, we can offer a wide range of solutions, including unique protocol support, text manipulation, and specialized data filters. Since we have an extensive library of Legacy protocol support for host, control unit and device types, your specific application requirements may already be supported. Please review our Software Library to determine if support currently exists. Otherwise we will use the following procedures:

	We will jointly determine the application requirements. We will define the necessary modifications from our discussions, analysis of traces, and a review of the application processing logic.
	JBM Electronics will provide a proposal for implementation of a solution. The proposal will identify total cost, delivery time frame, and any specific customer requirements.
	Once the proposal has been accepted, we will start on the project. Depending on the scope of work required, the time frame to complete, and any testing that may be required, JBM will provide updates of our progress.
	Once completed, the solution will be delivered to the customer for final acceptance. Upon delivery, invoicing will be generated for payment. In acceptance of the original proposal, specific costs and payment terms will be identified for the customer's consideration. Normally, programming charges are one-time charges, while hardware charges are on a per-unit basis.
