Warranty and Maintenance Programs

JBM Electronics (JBM) will provide JBM's Standard Written Warranty of [1] year on all materials and workmanship relative to new Products. Products repaired while under warranty will maintain original warranty time frame, or [90] days, whichever is greater. All other work done by JBM will be under a warranty of [90] days. JBM's Standard Written Warranty shall be the customer's sole remedy in this agreement relative to any Product sold hereunder. In all other respects, JBM SHALL SELL ALL PRODUCTS ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. OTHER THAN WITH RESPECT TO JBM'S STANDARD WRITTEN WARRANTY, JBM MAKES NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS TO BE SOLD TO RESELLER AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS TO BE SOLD, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
