Return Procedures

JBM uses an RA number to track equipment repairs. You must secure an RA number before returning the equipment to JBM for service. There may be significant delays in repairing equipment that is returned to JBM without an RA number.

Call us at (314) 426-7781 during business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday) or email us at Return Authorization to order repair service. We will need the unit's model and serial number, as well as a purchase order (if applicable).
