Out of Warranty Repairs

Units not covered by the Original Warranty or Extended Warranty are repaired at our factory on a fixed-charge basis. The normal turn-around time is three working days and the repairs are warranted for 90 days.

The Purchaser is responsible for securing an RA number from JBM and returning the defective unit to our factory, freight prepaid. A Purchase Order must be issued before work will be performed. The unit will be repaired at the applicable charge and returned, freight prepaid, via UPS Ground Service. If another method of shipping is requested, the Purchaser is responsible for the freight charges.
