Original Equipment Warranty
JBM Electronics provides the
Purchaser with a limited warranty which covers units returned to our factory for repair.
Under this warranty, the following support is provided:

The Purchaser is responsible
for securing a Return Authorization number (RA) from JBM and returning the
defective unit to our factory, freight prepaid. Covered units will be repaired
at no charge and returned, freight prepaid, via UPS Ground Service. If another
method of shipping is requested, the Purchaser will be invoiced for the freight
charges. Units not covered by a warranty will be repaired on a fixed charge basis
after receipt of a purchase order.
All repairs are guaranteed
for 90 days or the remainder of the Original Equipment Warranty, whichever is
longer.

Under the Original
Equipment Warranty, JBM will correct any software defects through telephone
and email support. If appropriate, a new program will be provided to correct
identified defects.
The Purchaser may
request a JBM programmer for on-site corrective action. If JBM concurs,
the Purchaser's responsibilities are:

Payment for all travel expenses.

Payment for all programmer hourly
charges. The Purchaser will be billed for these charges only if it is
determined that the JBM equipment was working properly but was not
correctly installed.

JBM will provide
assistance in configuring our units to your installation's
requirements under the Original Equipment Warranty. We
will provide you with telephone assistance and setup of the unit through
a dial-in modem connection as appropriate for your installation.
JBM offers
configuration support for related non-JBM equipment (i.e. modems) on a
fee basis. This service is separate from the normal warranty coverage
for our products.
