Ordering Instructions

You can order JBM products directly by phone, email, or fax. If you have any questions about product configurations or options, please contact our Sales Department. Each Gateway has a set of options that can be selected at time of order. The Gateway options are available at the unit's link:

The Product Lead Time link lists current lead times and product availability. Normally, units will ship the next working day after receipt and acceptance of an order. JBM reserves the right to verify customer credit before shipping. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

All JBM products come with a one-year warranty on a "return-to-factory" basis. Extended warranties and "overnight replacements" are available as customer options. Contact JBM Electronics for further information, or access the JBM Warranty Information link on our home page for complete details.

All shipments are Net [30] Days with approved credit. Freight is F.O.B. our factory in St. Louis, MO. Products are sent UPS Ground, with the freight amount added to the invoice. All JBM products come standard with internal power supply and attached power cord. In the event that you may require a power supply for foreign country operation, or would like an IEC320 (PC Type) connector (for use with customer-supplied power cable), please contact JBM prior to ordering unit. We will determine availability and provide you with special ordering instructions to meet your needs.

All of JBM Electronics' products can be modified to meet specific network requirements. We can modify the hardware or unit's software program to match a specific installation requirement. We have an extensive library of custom modifications that have been done for other customers. These changes can include requirements to support custom terminals key remapping, special addressing, or file transfer. If you have a specific requirement, please contact us.
