Extended Warranty
Once the Original Equipment Warranty expires, you can continue
coverage by purchasing an Extended Warranty. The Extended Warranty
provides several services for covered units at no additional charge:
The only additional cost for
covered units under the Extended Warranty is when a faster shipping method than UPS
Ground is requested.
The Extended Warranty is effective for one year from the Extended
Warranty purchase date. If the Extended Warranty is purchased before
the Original Equipment Warranty expires, the Original Equipment
Warranty coverage will be converted to an Extended Warranty. This
will provide continuous coverage for your unit with complete software
and configuration assistance.
JBM will mail a renewal notice approximately 90 days before the warranty expires
to enable you to maintain coverage.
Under the Extended Warranty, an
Advanced Replacement provides an immediate replacement of defective units. This can
reduce downtime and minimize the problems caused by equipment failure. If you need an
Advanced Replacement for units covered by an Extended Warranty, JBM will ship the replacement
unit via Overnight Delivery Service. You will only be billed for the freight charges.
Once the replacement unit has been installed, return the original unit within 30 days, freight
prepaid. If the original unit is not returned within 30 days, the replacement unit will be
invoiced at our current list price.
The equipment provided under this program may be
subject to prior sale or use. However, all equipment will meet the original equipment
factory specifications.
