The Advanced Replacement Program provides an immediate replacement of defective units to reduce downtime and minimize the problems caused by equipment failure. If you do not have an Extended Warranty, you will be invoiced for the freight and replacement charge.

Contact us to order an Advanced Replacement unit. We will provide you with an RA number which must be used to return the original defective unit. After the replacement unit has been installed, return the original unit to us, freight prepaid. If the original unit is not returned within 30 days, freight prepaid, the replacement unit will be invoiced at the current list price.

We will need a Purchase Order number to cover the applicable charges. The freight charges can be added to the invoice or an account number can be provided for overnight service.

The equipment provided under this program may be subject to prior sale or use. However, all equipment will meet the original equipment factory specifications.

All replacement equipment is warranted for 90 days or the remainder of the Original Equipment Warranty, whichever is longer.
